Concept: Black Jacket

Here's a concept for a Hero or Villain character I've come up with; His codename is Black Jacket, he is a former British S.A.S intelligence officer now working as an agent to take out targets the military can't reach (So like Punisher meets James Bond).

I may persue this character further in the future...
